After the completion of your project, we can assist with ongoing design requests and projects through our convenient monthly plans.

Once you subscribe to one of our above plans, you will be given access to our portal that allows you to upload any ongoing requests via a simple form. You can keep track of old requests and add new ones to the queue at any time.
You can add as many requests as you want but they will be handled in priority order, based on your current plan. Our Design Standard plan allows for one active request and our Design Plus plan allows for two active requests at a time.
Absolutely! You are able to add more team members to your portal to manage your requests. We do recommend that you limit the number of people who can place requests to a core group to help keep things organized and ensure that your queue priority will best serve the business.
Obviously, there would be a large range of timeframes between simple updates to existing items and new designs. Most smaller requests like individual graphics or small update requests will be handled within 1-2 days (plus any revisions needed). Larger updates to websites and corporate decks would take longer, but we can provide estimates based on the scope of the work.
We do not set any contract length for these plans to keep them flexible. You can cancel your plan at any time and we will keep working on any active request up until the end of your service date.
